Your account

Keep your password private and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Listings and content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of what they tell us. Bid a House prepares listings in good faith but does not guarantee them. Read the documents and ask questions before you bid.

Comments

Keep comments to the house itself. We remove comments that are abusive, misleading, or that break fair housing rules.

Brokerage

Real estate brokerage services are provided by the Idaho designated broker named on each listing, not by Bid a House directly.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the version and date on this page.
