Idaho law requires us to give you the Idaho Real Estate Commission's agency disclosure brochure at your first substantial contact with us. It explains the kinds of representation a brokerage can offer: as an agent for one party, or as a nonagent.
Bid a House's brokerage
Sales on Bid a House are handled by the Idaho designated broker named at the bottom of every page. The broker's relationship with sellers and buyers is set out in the listing agreement and purchase agreement.
