- After we approve your application and you sign the agreements. Nothing is charged when you apply.
- Can I upgrade later?
- Yes. Move from Gold to Platinum or Diamond before production finishes, and you pay only the difference.
- What about the sale itself?
- Bid a House never holds earnest money or closing funds. A licensed Idaho title company handles closing.
- What if I change my mind?
- Contact us. Refunds depend on how much work has started on your listing.
