Your name, email, and phone; what you tell us about a home you sell; documents you upload; and, when bidding opens, identity and proof-of-funds checks done through our providers.

How we use it

To run your account, prepare and run listings and auctions, meet Idaho real estate law, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Our designated broker, the title company handling a sale, and service providers such as payment, e-signature, and email vendors, only as needed to do their part.

Your choices

You can update your profile or delete your account from your account page. Some records must be kept for legal reasons.
